If you have never used your library account, check to see if your name and barcode number are registered with our library system. Test your account by logging in to My Library. When you enter your name and barcode number, the system should let you access your account. If you get an error message, contact Circulation West.
If you are able to access your account but are still having trouble accessing an e-resource, there may be several reasons: the database server might be down temporarily or the database vendor might have network problems. Try several databases to see if other databases are working. If you are still having trouble please report the details of the issue to Ask a Librarian.
