I am the Electronic Resources Library Specialist. I am responsible for troubleshooting support calls that are turned in by users when they encounter issues with the electronic resources. I help to find resolutions to the issues by working with vendors and/or fix the problem myself. I am part of a team responsible for updating and maintaining accurate subscription information for our electronic resources (activating/deactivating titles, update coverage dates to reflect correct access, etc.). I help the Electronic Resources Librarian as needed for tasks such as journal access, database issues, and maintaining access.
